Preparing the minutes of meeting, following the dynamics of works, elaboration of problems, defects, setting the tasks and modules of problem solving, defining of all obligations for participants in the next period.Control of implemented works on site. Keeping the Log book and Construction diary for payments toward Contractor based on measured implemented works. Control of contract deadlines, follow up of implementation of works according to contract plan, control of Contractors of works and of his personnel qualifications and available mechanization.Control of performed works in the field. Keeping the Construction Book and the Construction Diary, where the Contractor is paid based on the measured works performed. Control of the agreed deadlines, monitoring of the progress of the works according to the agreed plan, control of the Contractor and the qualifications of his personnel and the adequacy of the available machinery.
